Some of the older established agencies at NC/SC beaches have domination on oceanfront homes and my experiences have been littered with less-than-accurate representation, attitude/delays or mystery fees. Any pre-existing trepidation I had for taking a chance with a newer agency were dismissed the moment we unlocked the door. For the first time in years, the Teflon pan I packed from home would not be needed. None of their availabilities looked like a repository for derelict cookware, bedding and This-End-Up furniture
